The venue itself is stunning (especially around sunset) and has an intimate feel despite being large enough to host 100+ people comfortably. The food was delicious, with the braised beef short rib being a standout for us. As far as venues on Kent Island go, we found Silver Swan very affordable even with a couple upgrades. Their pricing was clear from the beginning (no hidden taxes/fees added later!), which we really appreciated. Our venue coordinator, Sharon, was helpful throughout the whole planning process - all the way from our first tour to the big day, she was responsive to questions, made useful suggestions, and was extremely helpful in coordinating with other vendors so the day went smoothly. In the few cases where we didn't leave detailed instructions for decor, she ran with what we provided and made it look simply beautiful. Thanks Sharon!!
